The farm was founded in 1994 and it is completely organic. There are about 700 vines and 15 vineyards, characterized by typically Tuscan varieties.
The farm produces excellent extra virgin olive oil, fruit jams, vinsanto, aromatic vinegars, and 5 different varieties of wine.
The receptionist Jinky is at your disposal for every kind of requests, while the chef Alex will be glad to delight you with our typical dishes.
Thanks to a collaboration with the society Dalle Nostre Mani, our farm wines are available in Italy, but also shipped to Spain, China and the United States. Moreover, this society gave us the opportunity to undertake a ground development and qualification programme: it consists of preserving the Tuscan wine-growing germplasm and the plantation of some particular varieties, thereby safeguarding the old, semi-abandoned vineyards.
