Our three apartments are independent, but they can also be connected.
Il Venturino is next to the agritourism La Pineta, an old Tuscan-style farmhouse 50m away. It has just been renovated and families or groups (max 8-10 people) can rent it entirely.
It has three double rooms, three bathrooms, two living rooms and one kitchen, a terrace, a loggia, an outdoor pergola, a laundry, a big garden and parking.
- Salvia: apartment, on 2 levels, max 2 people.
It has a big kitchen on the ground floor, indoor stairs, one double room, one bathroom and a big outdoor pergola on the ground floor with a table and chairs.
- Oleandro: apartment, max 2-3 people or 2 adults and 2 children.
Situated on the ground floor, it has a kitchen, a double room with bathroom, a living room with bed sofa and an outdoor loggia with a table and chairs.
- Ciliegio: apartment, max 2-3 people or 2 adults and 2 children.
Situated on the first floor, it has a terrace with tables and chairs, a living room with bed sofa, a big kitchen, a double room with bathroom and outdoor stairs.
- Gelso: studio apartment, max 2 people, with garden and private parking.
- Nocciolo: studio apartment, max 2 people, with garden, bbq and private parking.
Not far from the swimming pool, it has one bed sofa, one bathroom, one kitchen and in the summer you can have your lunch outdoors.
All apartments have air-conditioning and heating, doors and windows have insect screens and each one has its own private outdoor area. They are powered by clean energy, produced thanks to a photovoltaic system; for the sake of the environment, we use rainwater to water the garden and flush the toilet.
The three apartments at Venturino share the garden, the laundry, the parking and the terrace, with view on the amazing hilly landscape. Guests who overnight in the apartments, can use all the services offered by La Pineta agritourism: the salt water pool equipped with sunbeds, beach chairs, dressing room, toilet, catering service in the evening, breakfast in the morning, visit to the cellar and wine tasting, parking, picnic tables, playground with swing, table tennis, terrace with a view, solarium, botanical garden (divided in four subject areas: Perfume Garden, Sun Garden, Water Park and Peace Park)
