Rooms
La Pineta agriturismo has spacious rooms, furnished with antique Tuscan furniture. Each room has its own bathroom with window, shower, hair-dryer and air conditioning. Moreover, there is a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a table, bed linen, a mini-bar, a teakettle and windows equipped with insect screens.
Some rooms are divided just by an antechamber, so it is possible to adapt them for groups of 4-6 people.
Albicocca : max 3 people, first floor.
It has a double bed and a single bed, one private bathroom, air-conditioner and windows with insect screen.
It is possible to connect this rooms to Melarancio, for groups or families of max 6 people.
Melarancio : max 3 people, ground floor.
It has a double bed and a single bed, one private bathroom, air-conditioner and windows with insect screen.
It is possible to connect this rooms to Albicocca, for groups or families of max 6 people.
Rosaspina ed Agrifoglio : max 6 pepoles.
Rosaspina : max 2 people first floor. It has a double bed, one private bathroom, air-conditioner and windows with insect screen.
Agrifoglio max 4 people, first floor.
It is characterized by Tuscan furniture and a loft with a double bed and a sofa bed. There is one private bathroom, air-conditioner, and windows with insect screen.
Melograno e Amarena : max 5 people, 2 rooms, ground floor.
Melograno is characterized by eclectic furniture and has a double bed and a single bed. The room is linked to a private living room, supplied with a kitchenette, a sofa, a table and one private bathroom.
The living room is connected to Amarena, where you can find another double bed.

The price includes bed linen, heating or air-conditioning, use of the swimming pool and of the playground.
To confirm the reservation, you need to pay 30% of the full price.
We will send you the confirmation as soon as we receive the copy of the bank transfer or of the Paypal credit.
Check-in from 3 pm to 7 pm.
Check-out by 11 am.
Please note: by law we have applied a city tourist tax of € 1per day (for the first 6 days) per person since 2012/06/01, except for people under 14.
